When you submit content to the Guardian Digital Network as defined below via third party websites and platforms in response to a callout from GNM, you agree and represent that you have created this content, or you have received permission from, or are authorised by, the owner of any part of the content to submit it to the respective callout. You or the owner of the content still own the copyright in the content sent to us and may reuse it however you wish.
We shall feature some of our favourite portfolios and content from the callout on the Guardian Digital Network and maybe in other formats, including but not limited to our newspapers and Guardian & Observer Books. By posting your content here you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish your content as described. You shall be credited and paid if we make other uses of your content other than as described in accordance with our Freelance Charter.
It would help us if you make pictures downloadable in case we use them in a gallery. We, or authorised third parties, reserve the right to cut, crop or edit your content at our or their sole discretion. We may remove your content from use at any time.
In these terms when we say the "Guardian Digital Network" we mean our digital information network operated by or on behalf of Guardian News & Media Limited or its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "GNM", "us" or "we") accessed via browsers and/or apps or any other means on any device or equipment including but not limited to desktop computers, PDAs, mobile phones and tablet devices, and incorporating guardian.co.uk or guardiannews.com or any affiliate or successor websites, digital/IPTV television, RSS feeds, GNM social media presences, and any other website, network or channel bearing our trademarks or brands.
