Gitam University Vishakhapatnam M.Tech Admisison 2013 Aug 22nd 2013, 04:24 Admission Notice 2013-14 M.Tech Evening Programs Admission 2013-14 The following M.Tech 2 year Evening Programs are offered at GTIAM Institute of Technology, Visakhapatnam campus Programs offered: M.Tech.: Computer Science and Technology (CST) M.Tech.: Very Large Scale Integration Design (VLSI Design) Eligibility Criteria: Pass in the Qualifying examination as specified below with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade M.Tech (Evening) Computer Science and Technology (CST) Qualification Exam: B.E./ B.Tech./ AMIE in any Branch of Engineering M.Tech.: Very Large Scale Integration Design (VLSI Design) Qualification Exam: BE/B.Tech./AMIE in ECE/EEE/EIE/CSE/IT/ICE or equivalent How to Apply: The prescribed application form can be obtained by downloading from www.gitam.edu The filled-in application along with Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- drawn in favor of GITAM University payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank, should reach director- admissions, GITAM University, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh-530045 on or before 31st August 2013 Merit List: The merit position of the candidate for admission to M.Tech., Evening programs will be based on the required minimum marks in the qualifying examination and the background of candidates professional experience The rule of reservation (SC/ST/PH) will be maintained as per the UGC norms as applicable to University M.Tech (Evening): Tution fee in Rs. 1,10,000/-; Special fee in Rs. 23,100/- (1st /2nd year); Total in Rs. 1,33,100/- Document Requirement: Counseling Call Letters will not be sent to the candidates; and the candidates are required to bring the following original certificates with one set of photocopies 10th class or Equivalent pass certificate; qualifying examination marks statements and pass certificate Transfer and Conduct Certificates/Migration Certificate with Integrated Community Certificate / Recent Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon in case of PH Candidates; mere attending the counseling does not confer right for admission to candidate The university is not responsible for delay in receipt or loss of application In all matters in the process of admissions, the decision of the Vice Chancellor will be final.
